Vallisaranchessacademy (VSCA) is a freelance chess learning center. These Terms and Conditions, for the provision of chess learning services from Vallisaranchessacademy (VSCA), are :

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1.1 Where a private lesson results in being canceled due to the VSCA teacher being unable to attend, the student can choose to either receive a full refund or credit towards a future lesson.

1.2 Where the VSCA teacher has received less than 24 hours’ notice of the student wishing to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, the lesson will not be refunded and will be charged at the agreed hourly rate for the full scheduled time.

1.3 If the student is late for a private lesson, the VSCA teacher is not obligated to continue beyond the scheduled end time and the lesson will be charged at the agreed hourly rate for the full scheduled time.

1.4 If the student chooses to terminate a private lesson early, the lesson will be charged at the agreed hourly rate for the full scheduled time.

Payment Policy

2.1 All VSCA lessons require payment to be made in advance. VSCA teachers are not obliged to fulfill a scheduled lesson commitment unless payment has been made.

2.2 The student can pay by bank transfer or Payment gateway . VSCA  account details will be provided on request.
