Our story

ValliSaran Chess Academy is the first chess Academy for kids in Sohar, Sultanate of Oman since 2015. It has relocated to the State of Kuwait since 2017.

VSCA has been successfully coaching chess games for kids for the past 7 years. The main ambition of the Academy has been to promote chess
among kids. in and around GCC, India, Singapore, USA, and UK.
The Academy has so far produced 70 International FIDE Rated players. Around 45 students have won District Championships in various age categories.

Our Students have done very well in all the levels in chess tournaments.

VSCA began its formation in 2015 with two players. Today Vallisaran chess academy has 250 and more kids who have learnt the core basics of the ancient game of chess in our regular, online classes and summer camps.

VSCA has so far conducted more than 25 chess tournaments. The academy’s activities are appreciated by the sponsors, parents and the players.

Our Merits

VSCA players are from more than 8 countries
Players from VSCA have played in Bangkok, Dubai and Sharjah Grandmaster Championship.
Players from VSCA are placed in merit list in various National and International events.
Players from VSCA represented NCERT National level cluster tournament. Few Teams got placed within top 3 in cluster selection tournament. Girls Team played in NCERT National tournament.
VSCA conducted many online camps and regular camps for various age groups.
VSCA players glitter in their academics and other activities.
